Lunch at home

I invited a friend for lunch and I made an avocado salad with lettuce, sesame and chestnuts. 

Then I made gnocchi (I love making gnocchi but it sure takes its time, boiling the potatos, peeling them off, and then adding the flour, etc.). 

I added a parsley and garlic sauce, with a bit of thyme (slightly improvised, but mostly from a pre-existing recipe). 

And my friend brought the dessert (bought at a nearby bakery).
