November comics / cómics de noviembre

I got a few more comics than last time. And I’m glad I did. It’s been over a decade since I had so many DC monthly comics on my list. Wonder Woman and Danger Street continue to surprise me. Plot Holes has a great story and great art. Captain America was quite good. The ashcan of Animal Pound was very promising. It was great catching up on Fantastic Four and Iron Man (impressive both of them). And now, for the second month in a row, I’ll say my favorite November comic was Flash # 3, Si Spurrier and Mike Deodato Jr. are an amazing creative team. And now, without further ado, here are November comics as per solicitations:

ANIMAL POUND ASHCAN

Recibí algunos cómics más que la última vez. Y me alegro que así haya sido. Ha pasado más de una década desde que tuve tantos cómics mensuales de DC en mi lista. Wonder Woman y Danger Street me siguen sorprendiendo. Plot Holes tiene una gran historia y un gran arte. El Capitán América estuvo bastante bien. El preview de Animal Pound fue muy prometedor. Fue estupendo ponerme al día con Fantastic Four y Iron Man (ambos impresionantes). Y ahora, por segundo mes consecutivo, diré que mi cómic favorito de noviembre fue Flash # 3, Si Spurrier y Mike Deodato Jr. son un equipo creativo asombroso. November comics / cómics de noviembre

In November I received very few comics, but some of them were truly extraordinary, I cannot praise enough Neil Gaiman’s Miracleman, and if it hadn’t been originally printed in the 90s it would be the best comic of 2022. The conclusion of Shaolin Cowboy was fun, and I continue to enjoy Batman Fortress. The Human Target was pretty good, but my favorite comic of the month was Nice House on the Lake #11. And now, without further ado, here are November comics as per solicitations:

BATMAN FORTRESS #7

En noviembre recibí muy pocos cómics, pero algunos de ellos fueron realmente extraordinarios, no puedo elogiar lo suficiente a Miracleman de Neil Gaiman, y si fuese una publicación original de los 90s, sería el mejor cómic del 2022. La conclusión de Shaolin Cowboy fue divertida y sigo disfrutando de Batman Fortress. The Human Target estuvo bastante bien, pero mi cómic favorito del mes fue Nice House on the Lake #11. November comics / cómics de noviembre

After eating turkey and ham, I enjoyed the long weekend since I had plenty of time to read my new comics. I really liked the first issue of Bendis & Sook’s Legion of Super-Heroes, and this might very well be the first time I follow a regular series from DC since 2006 or thereabouts. Of course, there were also other very interesting first issues, such as Folklords and Money Shot, and especially Punisher Soviet! Aaron continues to delight his readers with both Conan the Barbarian and King Thor. Die, American Gods and Invaders continue to be good. But my favorite issue of the month was The Dollhouse Family # 1, Mike Carey and Peter Gross have surprised me again, I can’t wait for the next issue. Realmente me gustó el primer número de Legion of Super-Heroes de Bendis & Sook y bien podría ser la primera colección de regular de DC que me animo a seguir desde el 2006 más o menos. Por supuesto, hubo otros interesantes primeros números, como Folklords y Money Shot, y especialmente Punisher Soviet. Aaron continúa deleitando a sus lectores con Conan the Barbarian y King Thor. Die, American Gods e Invaders continúan siendo buenos.
